Blog-a-versary Winner and Vacation!!

What's Up Y'all.  I still cannot believe that I have actually been blogging for 1 year!! It has really been a great experience.  Thank you to all of my followers and blogging friends for your support.  As I continue on this journey I look forward to connecting with even more great educators.

I finally get to take we a weeks vacation!! WooooHooooo!!! Virginia Beach HERE I COME!!! LOL...can you tell that I am excited.  I have worked so hard this past month and a half...I have a brain cramp! Looking forward to spending with time with my family and two good friends that I haven't seen in years!!

I am listening to (previewing) Donell Jones new album Forever which drops tomorrow 7/9...luv me some Donell Jones.

Loving that I will he heading to Virginia next week...Virginia Beach here I come...will spend some time with my parents and see all my family.  One of my very best friends who I grew up with in the Bronx is coming to visit too...she moved away to Massachusetts when we were in the 7th grade...so much to catch up on...can't wait to see her!! I also get an extra bonus of seeing that special someone...old flame...will it ignite...wish me luck...lol

Speaking of VA...I will be relocating there in 2014...I am thinking that I am ready to go now, but I have to wait until I finish up my Mater's Program in Administration and Supervision (trying to be a Principal..am I CR-A-Z-EE)  almost done...beginning to see the light at the end of the tunnel-pray for me yall.

I'm wanting another month of summer vacay...because June zoomed by...I did not accomplish anything that I had planned...so much to do so little time!!

Needing to finish the rest of my assignments for class...two more practicum write ups with reflection paper, 2 more papers, Final Practicum reflection and a final exam...last day of class 7/10...will have a one week break then I begin a new one......I finished my law class last week...so you see how I have spent my summer.

My tip... Don't take it personally!!  When it comes to blogging or selling on TPT/TN don't take it personally when people don't post a comment on your blog or don't  leave feedback on a product that you made.  Remember why you are doing it...focus on the positive things that you have gotten out of it.

March Currently....and I Won!!!

Can you believe that it is already March? March is my second favorite month of the year because it is my birthday month and spring is right around the corner!! So, I am linking up with Farley from Oh' Boy Fourth Grade for the March Currently!

Have you heard Tamar Braxton's new song "Love and War"? I am absolutely L-O-V-I-N-G it!! In case you don't know who she is, think Toni Braxton...Yes, that is her little sister!! She is an absolute DIVA and everything she says has "dot.com" after it!!

Loving that I only have 20 days school days before my spring break and 60 days before the end of the school year!! Can you say rest and relaxation!! WoooHooo!!

 I'm thinking that I can't wait until summer because I will have so much more time to devote to creating products for my Teachers Notebook store...I have all of these ideas rolling around in my head and I have to get them out.

Wanting Fed Ex to hurry up and get here to bring me my Silhouette Cameo...I broke down and used part of my income tax money to buy me one.  I was so jealous last summer when everyone else was blogging about theirs.   I am so excited and can't wait to use it!!! You know I will show it off when it finally arrives...STAY TUNED...lol!

Needing a full body massage...I fell in the shower on Monday...imagine one leg still in the tub and one leg out the tub (split) I hit the side of the tub and landed right on the crack(TMI) middle of my butt...so not cool!! It still hurts...I think it is sprained because it still hurts so bad to sit down.  I am also in desperate need of a pedicure.

I like cheesecake...sure wish I had a NY Cheesecake Factory store here in SC...will be getting one of those cheesecakes with the large strawberries on top from Sam's for my birthday... Have you tried it?...sinfully delish!

I hate chaos...still dealing with it in my spare bedroom and my storage closet at school... every time I straighten them up I make more of a mess trying to find something...I need to stop the madness!

You guys will have to forgive my lack of bloggy manners. I forgot to let everyone know that I won two giveaways. The most recent one was last Tuesday from Nicole at:

I still had some of jungle alphabet up-I just covered it with some the western border that I am using.  Of course I did not take pictures of the after (because I stopped what I was doing to help a friend and make a copy of the new math pacing guide so I could look it over and create a few things before school starts).  I was tired extremely exhausted and ready to go home. Will post pictures on Monday of everything that I accomplished on Friday.  WOW that was long!! Enjoy the rest of your Saturday.
